MindBloom provides managed services to MindBloom Medical Group, P.C. (“MMG”), an independent healthcare group. MindBloom is not a healthcare group itself, has no ownership interest in MMG, does not have control over the policies or practices of MMG, and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by MMG. MMG has its own separate "Notice of Privacy Practices", which can be found on the Site.
